In this one-on-one session, we’ll introduce you to essential BJJ movements, vocabulary, and core concepts. Our goal is to help you feel confident and comfortable joining Fundamentals BJJ classes or supplementing your first few group sessions.

3-Class Pass

Get on the mats and explore any adult class at Open Source Jiu-Jitsu with this flexible 3-Class Pass. Try Fundamentals, Competition Training, or any of our regularly scheduled classes on our website. The pass is valid for 3 months from your first use, so there’s plenty of time to jump in and have some fun.

One-on-one attention

Starting a new hobby can be hard. We want to set you up for success by introducing you to core concepts of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a comfortable setting where you can ask questions and go at your own pace. You'll get two lessons with a blue belt or above.

Group lessons

Our 3 Class Pass gives you access to all adult classes on our schedule. Training in group classes builds camaraderie, exposes you to a variety of training partners, and helps you learn faster by experiencing different styles and perspectives—all in a supportive, energetic environment.
